DoubleCheck Annual Software Maintenance Contracts and technical support are available from an authorized DoubleCheck Reseller.

DoubleCheck Software Updates, Phone Support and Hardware Warranty

A DoubleCheck Annual Software Maintenance Contract provides the following features and benefits:

  • Software Updates
    Updates are typically completed twice annually, or more frequently as needed. Updates include new product features, new reports, Admin Console improvements and software updates. Software updates also include new updates of the spam, anti-virus and anti-phishing engines. Maintenance Contract customers also benefit from offsite storage of key system configuration files so that system restoration, if needed, is easily completed with settings restored. Software updates may be completed automatically, or by using remote system access  through a customer's firewall. The customer's DoubleCheck system is covered for the term of the Annual Software Maintenance Contract.

  • Phone Support
    Depending on your arrangement with your authorized Reseller, simply contact the Reseller or eFolder for phone support related to installation, configuration, operation and optimization. eFolder phone support is available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday (Eastern time), or by appointment. The customer is covered for the term of the Annual Software Maintenance Contract.

Appliance Hardware Warranty

  • DoubleCheck comes with a 3-year parts and labor hardware warranty. This warranty includes hardware support and, if needed, a replacement system (or parts) cross-shipped via 2-day freight. The replacement system may ship with current configuration files if the customer has purchased an Annual Software Maintenance Contract (see above).
